This fighter is from the game Crisis Force. It is very unique in the sense that it can transform into three forms, each having unique properties and uses. In addition to this, getting Red or Blue powerup will change the attack. When it gains enough specials, it can transform into a powerful phoenix-like fighter for a limited time.
